Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Matchplay.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Magic card singles change far too rapidly and it is our policy to not give refunds on singles unless they are not in a condition stated. If you recieve a card that is not in a condition that is acceptable to you it may be returned to us for a full refund. The cards must be sent back within 3 days for a full refund or exchange for another copy of the card.
Quantities
This site is meant to provide low cost cards to magic players world wide and having the selection that they need. In order to do so we limit the purchase of any one card to a players set of four copies. This prevents other dealers from buying us out of certain cards and ensuring that we can meet the need of our customers when a card starts to rise in value. If you purchase more than four of any one card you will receive an email explaining our policy. At that time you will be asked if you would like a partial refund minus the four copies of the card or a refund in full.
Order Cancellation
Matchplay.com reserves the right to cancel any order outright or limit the quantity of part of an order at any time for any reason without prior notification. You will be immediately notified of the reasons your order was canceled, and any payment you made will be refunded immediately. Orders are very rarely canceled. If for any reason your order is canceled and you have not received a full refund for those canceled items, please call us at 530-870-8119 for a swift resolution of this matter.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Do to issues with these countries Brazil, Portugal, Italy and Spain we will no longer be shipping to them. We do apologize to our honest customers from these countries but it has become to great a risk to ship to those countries. Import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the items up. These fees are not additional shipping charges and are not our responsibility. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the items as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and International laws.
Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order, to notify you of your order status, upcoming promotions, contest, and new release information for new products, items or sets.
How does Matchplay.com protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
Will Matchplay.com disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Matchplay.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Matchplay.com may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
Matchplay.com may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of APlaceToGame, our users, or others.
